Appointment venue will be in Jalan Gasing, PJ or Midvalley Megamall. Appointment time is subject to the availability of Ms SchuLuv. If there's no consensus about the appointment time due to whatever reason, you may proceed to confirm the purchase (only if you want to) or the item will be released to the available listing after the reservation period is over.
4. Payment
4.1 Please make full payment to our Maybank account. Account number will be provided in our reply email. We will be not be liable for any IBG transfer charges if you are transferring from another bank.
4.2 For confirmed purchase, kindly make the payment within 1 working day from confirmation date and email us the details/online receipt. This is to avoid confusion on payments made by different individuals. Please refer to instructions in our reply email.
4.3 For reserved items, weDO NOT accept cash on delivery accept COD for the time being only (this option is available temporarily). Please make the payment to our account in full and bring the receipt/transaction details and account number along when you come for the appointment. Should you not agree to purchase the item, we will refund you. If your bank account is NOT MAYBANK, we will arrange the refund once payment is received and minus RM2 for the IBG transfer fee. Please take note of the 2 working days timeframe for IBG transfer.
5. Shipping Info
5.1 Handcollection only for Jalan Gasing/Midvalley Megamall areas, please contact Ms SchuLuv for directions and appointment.
5.2 We will use PosLaju if you are unable to handcollect. Finalized shipping charges will be informed via our reply email or you may get an estimation from PosMalaysia. Items will be shipped out within 2 working days after full payment inclusive of shipping charges received. Please allow 3-5 working days for Poslaju to deliver the item to you. We will not be responsible/held liable for any lost/damages occured during shipping.
6. International Order
6.1 We accept Paypal/TT only for International Order. Upon confirmation of order, our reply email will state the finalized amount inclusive of the shipping charges and our Paypal/bank account details. Items will be shipped out within 2 working days after full payment received.
6.2 Shipping will be done via PosLaju. You may check the estimated figure at PosMalaysia. Please allow 5-10 working days for transit time. You may experience delay due to customs clearance. We are not responsible for any customs charges, if any.
7. Please refer to the Size Chart, we are however not responsible if the shoes are not true to size. We will try our best to provide information on that in the item description. Please decide on the items that you are seriously considering to buy before you fill up the Order/Inquiry form.
